About Rue Forest Tree Farm

Larry Rue, president of Rue Forest, has been in the Christmas tree business for over 25 years. Rue Forest has 14 tree farms located throughout the valley, from east of Sandy to Sweet Home, Oregon. Each site is suited to growing a specific species, which enables the customer to get the type size and species he wants.

We ship our trees to the landing at our Molalla tree farm and office site, located near Marquam, on Highway 213. There we custom sort our trees to match our customers' needs. Our landing is suitable for large trucks to easily enter, and turnaround.

We have a large inventory of Christmas tree harvesting equipment and three harvest crews which enables us to harvest trees quickly and get them to the customer while they are fresh.

In the past we have had a lot of retail experience and understand a lot of the problems that the customers face and their needs. We will cater to each customers individual needs to help them get the trees they want, when they want them. Mixed loads are not a problem.
